Pre-owned Isabella Rey Vero Cuoio black velvet knee-high boots, size 38 1/2. Made in Italy. Features a block heel and subtle stitching detail. Boots show some signs of wear consistent with previous use. Size of boots shows size 8.5 but im an 8 and fits perfectly well -imperfect seem in video but does not affect wearing rhe boot at all
