Hi there..Is this the Unisex Running Room jacket? Do all the zippers and toggles work? Does the velcro straps at the wrist work? Could you please provide measurements for the pit to pit and length top to bottom for front and back of jacket? I noticed the new ones fit differently? Is this jacket from a few years ago? I like the old fit better. Thanks.
