Women's Medium wrap skirt/short combo

Never worn, tag still on Unfortunately too small. Usually I’m a medium in skirts but the shorts don't give a lot of wiggle room so l'd recommend up a size if you're like me. ***For reference- my measurements: Waist: 29", Hips: 38" I need to go up a size for a style like these bottoms.
