marthawally Hello Seller. Poshmark customer service suggested I contact you directly regarding an exchange. As you are aware, I purchased the size 7 (37) sandal and was shipped the size 9 (39). Is the size 7 still available?

jandhestore @marthawally Hi, no it is no longer available. The wrong size was shipped by mistake. I can offer you a free pair of one of the other shoes, boots or sandals for the inconvenience , as long as you pay for shipping. I would also ask you if you could kindly tape shoe box and shipping label which i would email you and drop of at post office. Please let me know if are good with that. Thanks.
