This is a Collective Concepts floral blouse. Marked size medium and made of 100% polyester, this blouse has shoulder "epaulettes", a front pocket, buttons on sleeves to roll them up and a v-neck. The background is black and has a confetti pattern of multi-colors. The hem has a rounded shape, so the middle of the top is lower than the side slits on the side. Excellent condition.
