No brand or fabric tag on these however they are incredibly soft I would imagine it is polyester Colors are as vibrant as the photo Waist measures at 24" with quite a bit room to stretch, up to 28" I would imagine Total length is 34" If you have any questions or want more pictures leave me a comment :)
