Women's Rain Booties Size EU 38

These are super cute rain booties I bought in Europe. They're a European size 38. Unfortunately they are too tight on me as I have wide feet. I absolutely loved the style of them but they don't fit me right. I don't know the brand name but you will look very stylish while you're protected from the rain.
