This is definitely a rare find Made in Canada - vintage 1990's 95% Polyester 5% Spandex Measurements approximate: Pit to pit: 16.5" Length: 33.5" Hemline: 22.5-23" There is no size tag, but this would be an approximate Medium and is quite stretchy.
