Women's Vest S-XS

Women's leather vest Size XS - it is on the tag but I don't think this is true. I am not an XS. I am a size 10, and it fits me, but (very) tight to do up. See photos for size with ruler. back tie to create a slimming effect soft and supple excellent condition - used - see photos
