@laylaklapass I would say it’s a true xs, I am in between a S and XS and I found it a bit tight in the hips but perfect everywhere else. I am a size 4 / 25 in pants, I would say it’s more of a 2 /24 in the hips. But it’s beautiful! I wish it fit.

Under the bust is about 12” and the widest part at the hips is 16”
