Women’s blue sailor-style royal blue dress with white details

The dress is a tad wrinkly in the photos, however the way it looks is primarily because of the fabric it is made of - it’s fairly thin, and pretty stretchy. It came from ModCloth originally, and has only been worn once or twice, but it’s very cute and comfortable!
