This is a lovely choral size Medium dress with a full pleated skirt and an elastic waist hits just under the bust line. Dress is lined 28 1/2” of the 48” length. It is still sheer, so wear with a nude body suit or slip. Waist relaxed is 12” Stretched is 17” Pit to pit 19” Length 48” I’m 5 9” and it goes to my mid calves
