ybell0422 i just received the bundle of clothes today. the box was damaged and must have gotten wet bc the blue colored paper bled onto the red & white romper!! What should i do from here??? I did see that you added another dress, thank you for that! i wish i could send you a pic of the box and romper.

ybell0422 @katiecash504 I love the little romper and really want to keep it, so I decided to try to remove the stains myself. (Figuring if it didn’t work, I’d have to return it anyway). I was able to remove about 75% of the blue stain. It’s still not wearable, but I’d like to try again. I’ve already filed a “problem with order” inquiry with Poshmark and sent them pictures of the box and damaged item. I’ll be in touch with you about the progress of stain removal!

ybell0422 I also was able to remove the stain from the lemonade top, so I can return the “free” dress if you’d like. (Clearly I have no life since I spend hours on stain removal...🙄). Is there anyway to send you pics through Poshmark? Or other?

katiecash504 I tried sending my email but it won't let me. Is it stained from the colored tissue paper. what kind of damage was done to the box. I guess maybe I should be boring and use white instead of trying to be cute. I'm so bummed

ybell0422 @katiecash504 I’ve already paid Poshmark. They wait until I accept the order before releasing payment to you. I only claimed damage to the romper. My 2nd attempt to remove the stain did not work at all. It removed color all over the romper, but still left the blue stain. It was kind of a hopeless cause to begin with. I sent Poshmark pics

ybell0422 They will probably have me send the romper back. Idk. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The box was kind of crushed on one end and there was an opening. I guess that’s where the water got in. Everything was dry by the time I opened the box.
