acuteninja @lydialori Once your item is accepted by the buyer or 3 days pass after delivery without buyer making a complaint to Posh, Posh will move the funds to your available balance. From there you can choose to make a direct deposit to your bank, get a check mailed, or you can keep it there to spend on new things you find on Posh.

lydialori @ladyelledee I'm sorry that happened, we will have to get your money refunded. I've never had to do this before but I think you will have to contact customer service and let them know that it doesn't fit your phone... I'm not sure why it doesn't fit that was my fiance's case and it fit his iPhone 8 but who knows I'm not really familiar with the iPhone there's so many different ones so many different cases. I can try to contact customer service to and I really do apologize that this happened.

lydialori @ladyelledee okay that's why it doesn't fit because it's for the iPhone 8 Symphony series but I looked it up and you have to file a claim with customer service if you just go to Google and look it up it will walk you through the process once again I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
