Women's colourful large flower intricate cuff bracelet brass multicolour stones

Good used condition. This is a beautiful statement piece. The cuff has hinges to open slightly to put on and take off. I believe this would best fit a women's small/medium wrist and may be too small for a large wrist (it might still be wearable, but the hinges might be slightly extended/open when worn). Note that some of the brassy spokes/tips on the flower petals have broken off. I am unsure of the metal composition, but it has a brass/gold look. Please see photos for measurements.
