Women’s dark brown skirt size 12

Beautiful skirt never been worn. Falls on the knee or just below. Got as a gift but never get the chance to wear it. Feels like it might be a wool blend fabric but it doesn’t have any tag on the inside. Has lining underneath and a little slit.
