Women’s dress - 60s style

So….no brand or label. I bought this at a thrift store and I think it’s a vintage age fabric that was remade into a 60s stylele dress It fits like a us medium It’s fully lined It’s a heavy fabric - falls really nicely. It’s a dark grey maybe twill?
