Stretch Conrad C Woman from Laura Plus. Beige dress pants size 24. 77% polyester, 19% rayon, and 4% spandex. Front zipper and 2 waist button closure. Faux front hip pocket. Stretchy and very comfortable. Only worn a couple of times and in perfect condition. Measurements Hip to hip 22" Inseam 29" Bottom of leg 10.25" Waist to crotch 15"
