Olsen dress, navy blue/light blue/white patterned design, very light weight and has an airy feel to it. 3/4 length sleeves, collared neckline which due to the hidden buttons on the front of the dress you can opt to wear it buttoned to the top or leave a few undone to create a more opened look.
