Women's size 6.5 open toe, Cobalt blue suede, block heels with long lace up and tie tassles. These pumps have zippers on the back, and an almost 5 inch heel. The straps can either be tied and kept around the ankle, or laced up the leg, for that ultimate sexy look! These shoes were tried on only on carpet, Original box included, and also the original 2 brand new high heel tip replacement dowels, just in case you ever need them!
