Womens skirt Size L

This is a super stretchy skirt with a wide flat elastic waistband. The pattern goes from navy and white/cream flowers with red centers to a lighter blue/white cream with red centers. The trim at the bottom is navy with a red stripe. Photo #4 shows a sticky spot where there was an "inspected by" sticker on it which should come out when washed. Measures 19.5 inches from the waistband.
