Women's sleeveless top - MOntreal Designer

bought this at a small shop in Ottawa but it's to small for my figure. I may have worn/washed it once, but I'm not sure. It's in NEW condition. Fabric has stretch and is made with a very flattering shape. Made by a Montreal Designer I'm not a professional. Item is priced to sell. If you don't like my price, make me a reasonable offer.
