Women’s velvet paisley mini skirt ca 1990s by Jackpot

Such a sweet skirt. I really enjoyed having this one. It is an excellent Christmas party skirt because it can be seasonal but not aggressively so. It has been adjusted once by a professional seamstress so the size is “1” but it is a little bigger than that. I’m still calling it a Small. Around the waist is 32” and the length is 19”. There is no elastic nor stretch ones at all so best on a slimmer figure so it can hang on the hips rather than snug around the waist. Jackpot was an excellent label from Denmark. I bought this one in Vancouver back in the day.
