Women’s vintage mid to maxi dress-fits size 16/XL

Vintage red maxi dress (hits about the ankle on me, I am 5’7” for reference). It is a vintage size 20, which fits me at about a size 16/XL. Has a slit at the front of the left leg. Material in photo of dress tag. Small imperfections in the lining of the dress (shown in photo of tag) and pulled thread at the slit, also shown in photo.
