Vintage Canadian made, Parfait brand Dress Tag reads size 7 Measurements: waist seam to hem - approx 39 inches Natural waist - 9.5 - 13 inches when stretched Bust approx 15 inches Found two tiny marks that I have documented in pictures. Very small red dots , barely noticeable. Minus the two spots this dress is pristine and would be a great edition to any collection or specialty boutique!! Smoke free pet friendly home
