Wood carving wall plaque, farmer, Latin America handmade vintage art, souvenir

This is a wood carving of a man or farmer carrying bunches of bananas. Likely vintage and was probably purchased as a souvenir in Latin America. There is metal ring attached to the back for hanging. The front side has been painted/varnished. Measures 19 inch x 6 inch. In good condition. There is a small scrape to the man's arm. See photos.
