Wooden Chest with Tribal Motif Vintage Wood Box Black Red Celtic? Dragon

Nifty vintage wood chest with a hinged lid and red and black hand drawn tribal designs. There is a sticker on the bottom that was partially removed, I think it originally said Made in India. I'm not sure what culture the art is inspired by but it looks somewhat celtic to me. Overall good condition, there are a couple of light water spots on top of the lid and the hinges are a bit rusty but they open and close fine.
