Wool and Cashmere Coat

This coat is overall in very good used condition. 90% Virgin Wool - 10% Cashmere. Fully lined. With place for six buttons all present. A couple of minor flaws: the lining of the left pocket is slightly separated near the top corner. Also, the hem is starting to separate and could do with restitching. Both seem like easy fixes.
