wearwithallpei @ruthpogacar Hi! Thanks for your interest. Yes, the measurements were taken with the coat laid on a flat surface. So you should double the measurement: to get the full circumference. 🙂

wearwithallpei @ruthpogacar I double checked the waist measurement - at the spot where the belt loops are attached is approx 22 inches. The belt can be used to adjust the fit.
