bluntbangs hi! just to confirm - when laid flat, is the waist measurement 13" or a bit smaller? And is there any stretch in the fabric? thanks!

deerjess @bluntbangs hi there! It measures about 12” laid flat but there is a slight curve on the waist so I’d say it’s maybe around 12-13”? There’s also no stretch in the fabric. Hope that helps!
