Work/semi formal dress by Banana Republic

Size 4/I usually wear Medium. Hits just at/slightly above the knees. I am 5’8”. 3/4 sleeves. The arms are see-through, but the rest of the dress isn’t. Lined. Navy blue colour. Worn ~15 times. Tiny lints are seen on some of the patterns, but no other obvious defect. The patterns are slightly raised on the edges, gives the dress a very nice texture. Nice with or without tights/leggings.
