*Wounded bird* Stunning 1950’s Vintage Prom Dress

OMG this dress seriously belongs in a museum. Quintessential example of 50’s styling. This baby blue dream dress sports a stiffer tulle that has accents made of cream velvet stitching. A garment steamer will relax this back into its original glory. The good- the structure and construction is solid. The bad- as seen in photos, some staining from past wear (might be able to steam out?) The ugly- the fabric is quite fragile. It will easily rip or tear if caught or pulled. So, all that said, this gorgeously unique piece would be perfect for a one time, Cinderella evening or photo session. After that I would put it on a mannequin as a lovely decoration for a bedroom or sewing room. Phew.
