It is made of woven rattan and features a design of colorful raffia flowers. The outside is completely encased in plastic. The inside is fully lined with a pink fabric and it has a flat bottom. The handles are plastic covered twisted rope. It is marked "made in Phil" which I presume means the Philippines. It is in wonderful condition considering its age! It is a large bag with the following dimensions: 14.5 inches wide, 10.75 inches high, 5 inches deep.
