Black 100% cotton denim cutoffs, size medium! These are like brand new, the black is so dark and they have that vintage look. Size medium, depending how you want the fit (tight or loose) these would fit in my opinion from a 27 - which would be quite loose I expect - to a 31 for that fitted denim look.
