@mi77sim laying flat it’s 12inches across the waist but it’s elastic in the back so I’m an 8-10 and it fits but if your smaller too it would fit nice and length is 30 inches just wear it higher or lower depending on your height I’m 5’2” and it’s floor length for me great with heels
