Wrap-around dress-Frank and Oak

Wrap dress from Frank & Oak Size: S Fabric: 70% Cotton and 30% recycled polyester. Very soft and expandable. The quality seems amazing. Condition: very great, NWT Easy to put on. I would love to keep it but I took the wrong size and I completely forgot to return it so there it is!
