Wyatt Small fitting M Black Chiffon Dress

Kind of a double layer of chiffon so not totally transparent but sexily suggesting it. Cowl neck line. A few very tiny snags. Bust is about 18.5” across and length is about 36”. Tagged as a medium but fit is more of a small. My mannequin is around a size four.
