This comic: X-Factor #230 (3rd Series) is in great condition with only minor wear along the spine. If I had to guess I would say the comic is in VF- (7.5) to VF (8.0) condition. This comic is in a new comic bag with a protective backing as well. Pictures are scans of the front, back and spine of it. It is sold as is.
