XL Haggar Flowy, bright polka dot pink, orange, purple and white skirt

Hi. This skirt is very vibrant. It has an extra thin white lining inside the entire skirt. It is 100% polyester. It yells summer to me, even though it could be worn in the winter too. The colors just make me happy.
