XL Jostar sleeveless multi color animal print dress

Hi. The tag on this dress says Large but it's 21 inches across the front without stretching it. I believe it would fit XL. It gets wider as the fabric goes down. It's a 90% polyester, 10% spandex mix with lots of stretch. It would tend towards the clingy side up top with the type of the fabric. It's multi color and multi animal print. I also think it would be an easy beach cover up. Summer is coming right? lol This dress is made in US.
