XL Lulu B colorful star pattern navy, white and turquoise 3/4 sleeve tunic

Hi. This is in like new condition. It feels like heavier bathing suit material. It is a fun print. It has slits at the bottom sides. The p2p measures 22 inches without stretching it. You could stretch it though. It is 92% nylon and 8% spandex. It could be a dress and or a tunic. I honestly never know anymore. I feel like it's about wearing it how it works for you. :)
