XL SHEIN Crewneck Black Top with Elbow Length Puffy Dleeves

Lovely black top with statement sleeves. Round neck. Nicely constructed and the fabric is sturdy - not flimsy. This top can dress up an outfit or a pair of jeans. Good stretch and recovery. I really like this little top - so versatile, but it is too small. Not anywhere near a 3X. It is mislabelled. It measures 20 inches across at the underarm so I have marked it as XL. New without tags.
