XL Soho black flared midi flirty skirt with nice circle detail at the waist

Hi. I adore this skirt. I think it's flirty and contemporary at the same time. Lol It has a really nice flared effect at the bottom. It's 95% polyester and 5% spandex so it does have some stretch to it. It's nice and soft feeling on the inside. The measurements are 19 inches wide at the waist, but extra stretch is available. It's approx 21.5 inches long. The circle ring is attached at the waist, the material going to it is more like a belt effect as it isn't attached to the skirt until the side. I hope this is understandable. I like anyone reading this to know everything I know. :)
