XL black dress top with built in strings to do a bow

Worn black XL Reitman’s dress top. Has a small speck of copper colored paint on the front. Can probably be picked off or colored in with a sharpie. Beautiful wide arms. This item has been pre loved. Some signs of wear might be in the item. There are no grease stains, broken zippers unless otherwise mentioned.
