Wheel 2 is numbered 1 - 9, with 0, dash (-) and X Wheel 3 is numbered 1 - 9, with 0, dash (-) and X Wheel 4 is marked 1972 - 1979, PAID, REC´D, ANS´D and END´D Condition: The canvas backed rubber strips that hold the stamps feel a little slack, but look whole and turn fairly well on the metal wheels. The wooden handle with some marks of age and use. Size: 7.5" long including the handle, 4 3/8" wide. (19 cm long, 11 cm wide) Weight: Fairly hefty at 1.6 lbs (0.725 kg)
