XO XENIA DESIGN Black Viscose Off-Shoulder Top

Elegant black off-shoulder top. Perfect for any occasion. The top is a completely different material I've never felt before. Reminds me of windbreaker material but not if that makes any sense. It can be a cowel neck if you want it to be for sure. I don't know much about it but it's very classy and expensive. It is made up of viscose. There is no material tag however I found the same listing and took the information from there. PTP is 15" flat with stretch to 17"
