Beautiful ivory tulle dress by XOXO. Sweetheart neckline with silk belt / wrap that ties into a bow at the back of dress. Floral pin detail on side gives with dress a fresh/elegant look ! Tiny sparkles throughout tulle. Hits just above the knee. Straps can be removed for a strapless look. Dress was originally strapless, but had straps sewn on for a friend who borrowed it (for extra support) Worn twice. No stains, holes or imperfections.
