XS Beautifully Draped And Structured Ruffled Skirt

Washed twice but never worn. This is a really fun skirt and the model shots show all the ways you could style it. Soft finish and interfacing on the ruffle which makes it three dimensional in the best way. I got it to wear with a boxy tshirt that would come down halfway but like usual, my brain just could not deal with the dots. is great with sneakers or heels!
