XS Maxi Dress with tie Waist

XS Maxi Dress with tie at Waist Tag is hard to make out, so I don't know the brand. Dress does not have a material tag. The dress material has absolutely no stretch to it. It has snap buttons at the neck and a collar, short sleeves and a really nice structure with the pulled in parts at the back. Ties on waist also make it so flattering and cute, and material is thin and cool for summer. There are two faint stains that I could not remove shown in the last two photos They are barely noticeable from a foot away.
