XS O'Niell Corduroy Button Up Dress

98% Cotton, 2% Spandex. Buttons fully functional. Looove this dress, but it doesn't fit me anymore. Barely ever wore it, and in like new shape. Fabric has a bit of stretch to it. Around 12"inches(so 24"inches all around) from pit to pit on the chest, 28"inch in length from top of shoulders. (Clothes measurements confuse me)
